Gnetwork360 Coffee Talk Diciembre 2019:

GNETWORK360 Coffee Talks is a gathering space to exchange experiences for professionals for whom inclusion and respect for LGBT diversity are central values in their organizations.

This is an event hosted by the Argentina LGBT Chamber of Commerce and presented by IBM and Delta Air Lines. These series of talks from leading industry professionals on Diversity & Inclusion are also a great opportunity to strengthen our inclusive culture by sharing best practices and learning from one another.

Group Discussion

This is an invitation to talk about women in the Latin American workforce, some demographic trends, gender pay gap and political and corporate representation. This group discussion aims to also share some practical actions organizations are taking to improve the representation and advancement of women and LGBTs.

We’ll be focusing the conversation on "Trends in Diversity & Inclusion across Latin America" and will be joined in this conversation by Delfina Daglio of IBM and Céline Bordin of Bayer.

The group of experts invited to this gathering will tackle these issues and provide insights on their best practices for corporate allyship.

The discussion will be held in English (no translation available). We welcome you to come with an open mind, be respectful of people’s experiences, and not assume anyone’s gender or orientation when addressing them.
